Any balances (regardless of value) that are active can be carried forward for an unlimited period or until the credit runs out. Note that, if the balance is less than  ฿50 and has been inactive for 90 consecutive days, the whole remaining balance will expire on day 91. In addition, a kind reminder that all purchased balances cannot be redeemed for cash.

LAUNDRY SERVICE QUESTIONS

SIMPLY provides On-demand Laundry Services including Wash and fold, Wash and ironing, Ironing Only, Dry Cleaning, and Curtain Cleaning. Ordering services are quick and easy in less than 1 minute through our convenient and easy-to-use Website and Mobile Application available on Apple Store and Google Play Store (Download HERE). All Services are handled by our highly trained and courteous staff and are delivered right to your door. 

⚙️HOW DOES OUR LAUNDRY PROCESS WORK? 
📲Step 1: Customers place an order via our Website or Application or our Chat channels including Line, Whatsapp, and Messenger.

⏳Step 2: After receiving the customer's order. Our team will process it and send the driver to pick up your laundry at the scheduled time.

🧾Step 3: After collecting your clothes at our warehouse. Our Team will update your Laundry billing and notify you of the total bill and the delivery day via email or our Chat channels including Line, Whatsapp, and Messenger.

💰Step 4:  💰You can pay for your orders via Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, QR Code, or Pay by Cash directly to our delivery staff upon receiving the order. 

Wash-Fold: This is a bulk service that allows customers to request dirty laundry picked up and delivered freshly cleaned, dried, and folded in 24 hours (For laundry under 5 kg.). The clothes are separated into whites and colors, and the folded laundry is packaged & organized in our Laundry bag for easy delivery. 

Wash-Ironing: All items will be washed, dried, and ironed where possible, using our commercial irons, to give the best possible finish. All domestic clothing is ironed by hand and we can provide a professional shirt laundry service. Items can be returned hung or folded in 3 days (More than 20Pcs. 4-5 days turnaround.)

Ironing-Only: All items will be ironed only (No washing) where possible, using our commercial irons, to give the best possible finish. ... Dry Cleaning: Dry cleaning is any cleaning process for clothing and textiles using a solvent other than water. Dry cleaning still involves liquid, but clothes are instead soaked in a water-free liquid solvent, tetrachloroethylene (perchloroethylene), known in the industry as "perc", which is the most widely used solvent. Items can be returned hung or folded in 3 days (More than 20Pcs. 4-5 days turnaround.)

Your Laundry will be using the tumble dry method with standard heat except for orders that request Low Heat (It's meant to dry your item in the dryer on a low heat setting) or Air Dry (The dryer will draw room temperature air from the surrounding area as the drum tosses your clothes.) Yes, Express's same-day service is only available for customers who order laundry pickup before 1 PM. Your order will be delivered between 19:00-21:00 that same day. In some exceptional cases, it minds delayed but no later than 22:00.  An 80% Extra charge will be added to your billing. Please check our full price list by clicking HERE

We offer to pick up and deliver Tuesday-Sunday 9 AM-8 PM (We are close every Monday andpublic holidays)

We will send you an SMS/Email 1 day before your clothes are scheduled to be delivered.
 

In case you are not home for the pickup or delivery of your order, you can either request to have your Laundry dropped off at your house's front door, your Condo Reception, or Security Guard, or you can reschedule your Pick up/Delivery before our staff comes to Pick up/Deliver them. 
If your orders failed for pickup/delivery and you haven’t informed us about the change in your schedule, an extra charge of another ฿60/trip will be added to your billing.
Delivery Orders can only be dropped off at the Lobby/Security Guard/Your front door if the orders have been paid.

No. We currently don’t offer that. Also, please note that our staff has limited change on them, so please try and have appropriate bills to help in that regard

You can separate your laundry into piles, Dry Cleaning, Wash & Fold, Wash & Iron, and Ironing Only. We will bring the appropriate bags required, depending on which services you requested.
 

We use high-quality industrial products from our own chemical partner company designed to get your clothes clean and take care of your different fabrics. 

 

Your clothes are always washed and dried separately except for the Dry Cleaning Service as it's processed in bulk.

HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES QUESTIONS

Our house cleaning service starts from ฿499/House (Includes 2 hours cleaning & 1 cleaning staff). This price is suitable for units up to 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom or 40 Sqm. 

Every subsequent hour will be ฿220/Hour (Price included VAT7%). Simply input the number of Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Square meters, and the total floors of your place on the order page, and the system will calculate the price instantly and show you how many hours are needed to clean your place along with the total cost.

We have cleaning equipment and cleaning products available to clean your home. An additional charge of ฿50/Order will be added. If there are any particular products you’d like us to use, please have them available.

We're available Tuesday-Sunday 9 AM-8 PM (We are close every Monday andpublic holidays). Request a cleaning with a minimum of 24 hours or up to a month in advance. You can check on our SIMPLY App for availability when you make an order. There is nothing to pay until your request is accepted. After getting your request SIMPLY will check the schedule for availability and notify you of the total billing and your order confirmation via Email/Notification. 

The complete list of what our cleaners would be responsible for doing in your house really varies depending on your needs. Here are the general duties of our cleaners:

❖ Light cleaning in the living areas. This includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping the floors in all rooms.
❖ Cleaning the bathrooms, including mirrors, toilets, showers, and baths.
❖ Cleaning the kitchen, including wiping down appliances, counters, sinks, and cabinet doors.
❖ Changing bed linens and making the beds.
❖ Cleaning interior windows.
❖ Removing garbage and recycling.
❖ General tidying up of the rooms. This includes putting away toys, decluttering, and light organizing. 

In addition to the normal cleaning service, the following are extra services provided in a deep clean for customers who Moving In or Moving Out of Their place. With our House Cleaning Professionals, you can rest assured that no corner will be left untouched.

Our cleaning staff will not do air conditioning cleaning, high ceilings work, or cleaning work outside the worker-safe area.  Our cleaner cannot get some stains from walls. Our cleaners cannot clean away all rust or bring old metal back to looking new. Our cleaner cannot always get stains and marks cleaned from your floors. We will do the best job we can to clean your place thoroughly, but you must take some responsibility for the condition of the place you present to us.
 

No, you don’t need to stay at home, but your mind needs to be there when they arrive or when the cleaning finishes.
If you don’t plan on being there when the cleaning is finished, please make arrangements for your key to be left at the front desk of your condo’s lobby or with a security guard
 

We do our best to hire honest people, but if you are concerned about something valuable in your apartment please either stay in the house during the cleaning or Lock up any items you are concerned about. 
We are not responsible for any lost items without proof.

Please let us know if there are any problems with your order within 6 hours of receiving your House Cleaning. We will rectify the situation by coming back to your place and re-cleaning the areas that aren’t up to standard for 30 minutes free of charge After that, you will be charged an additional ฿220/Man-hour utilized.

For missing item case: We do our best to hire honest people, but if you are concerned about something valuable in your apartment please either stay in the house during the cleaning or Lock up any items you are concerned about. 

For Damaged Case: SIMPLY's liability with respect to any damaged case with proof shall not exceed the full amount of cleaning cost and a maximum of 1,500 Baht for House cleaning services, regardless of brand or condition. Any damaged cases must be reported to and  SIMPLY for inspection within 24 hours of receiving the cleaning service.
SIMPLY are not responsible for any lost items without proof.

All of our cleaning staff are trained in the same process to provide customers with the same quality of service. If you would like to request the same cleaning staff every time, please be advised that we can only accept your request if that maid is available on the day requested. An additional extra charge of ฿100 will be added to your billing.
