Cancelation and Refund

 

All reservation for Services with SIMPLY is non-refundable / non-cancellable, and the credit card provided will be charged the full amount at the time of placing the order.

Purchased prepaid credits (including Monthly Package and the remaining balances, if any), item damage and/or loss compensation, loyalty points either with/without the expiry date, with/without affiliated third parties (e.g. credit card issuer reward programs, frequent flyers program, etc.), or with/without physical claim documents, all cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

In case any refunds are processed. All refunds are processed to the original payment method used to place the order. The Charge of 3.5% for the card fee is non-refundable

 

We reserve the right to change, modify, and/or cancel our refund policy without prior notice.

 

Our Disclosure of Your Information

 

We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your personal information or geo-location information other than as disclosed within this privacy policy.

 

The Company may share aggregated information that includes non-identifying information and log data with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling and to deliver targeted advertising about other products and services.
